Sample routines 3 - 6 months
Around 3 months is a great time to start thinking about getting some predictability back into your day as your baby emerges from the newborn stage and their sleep starts to develop and mature. These sample routines include two different options for each age group - two short and one long nap and two medium and one short nap and are designed around age-appropriate awake windows at each stage.
